On September 7th, 2008, First Lieutenant police officer responded to a phone call at 02.30, that a group of teen gang had shot and injured people in front of Esso petrol station, South Naklua, Chonburi.

Police found only a pool of blood at the incident, after the victims had already been sent to Banglamung hospital. There were a 9mm. and a bullet head on the floor, including a pink Yamaha Fino, red license plate No. 18-817, Pattaya, fallen over.

Mr. Wacharin Rodtung (15), friend of young boy Juruensak, told police that he and the group of 6 people, had gone out on 3 motorbikes to a friend's Birthday party. During a toilet visit at Esso petrol station, there were 4 criminals on 2 motorbikes arriving. One of them fired about 6 gunshots on them. Young boy Jaruensak was shot on the back of his neck, collapsing on the floor.

"During that time, patrolling police had passed by. The suspects were alarmed and had left a motorbike and a gun then ran away in the dark. Young boy Juruensak was taken to Banglumung hospital by a Samaritan" Wacharin said.

At about nearby time, Banglamung officer was also notified of another case of shooting and there were 4 injuries. "We were among 10 people, riding on motorbikes to go back home, after having been to a pub. Arriving at the incident, there were numbers of teenager, sitting on motorbikes by the roadside. One of them was recognized as Mr. Tao Pachajeen, Naklua major criminal, had fired 5 gunshots and injured me and my friends then all of them immediately rode away to different places." Mr. Somchart, one of the injuries said.

Police officer revealed that Mr. Krisada Ponpaipal (21), or "Tao Pachajeen" (alias), who has been a delinquent person, used to make trouble in shooting the enemies over and over. Furthermore, he used to be convicted of drugs dealer and possessing guns, but had been bailed out.

"This person is a social evil doer. Even if the police had tried to collect the evidence to tackle him by lawsuit, but Mr. Tao has always been complex and moving around all the time, which has made the arrest easier said than done. According to the most current cases, police would rush to investigate to bring the criminal to justice shortly." Police said.
