New Content Not Working?

The last couple of days, when I click on "View New Content" I just get a page that says "No New Content"

 

I can easily read the new content by going to one forum at a time, but it was useful to see it all at once. 

 

I don't know if this is a site issue or whether it is an issue with my settings, as I think it is supposed to find content new to ME (i.e. since my last visit).

Never mind.

After some poking around, I found, somehow, "Only Topics I follow" was checked on the new content page.
