Swimmingpool for pay - buakhao soi?

Hi fellas, 

 

This trip I'm trying to stay out of beach road and instead try a guest house in Soi Buakhao. However, I enjoy spending a few hours at the poool each day. 

 

I'm aiming for a room at Katesiree Residence. Do you know of any pool-areas near this place (if so - which?) and could you give me a number of what I need to pay go gain access. 100b? 200b?

Top floor Mike's shopping mall , nice pool , 100 Bht .

I think most hotels let you use their pool for a charge, 100baht the norm.

+1 Mike shopping mall!    You can stop off in the food court there for some food too.

I like going up to the roof pool on Mikes Mall too.  It has fantastic views , a great breeze if it's too hot ,  food .drinks and a great pool.  Some Thai girls go there in the afternoon too.   Good value for 100 baht all day. My wife and I visited this pool years ago when we lived downtown.  I didn't know it still existed after the Mike renovation!

You can use LK Metropole hotel, soi Diana, Pool, gym and showers/steam room for 100baht per day for all, they supply a towel too, just walk in give the concierge 100baht and that's it.

Wow, been to Pattaya 6 times, walked past Mikes mall about a million times and never knew about the pool.

Am staying at The Haven in Feb and even though they have their own pool I will definitely head to Mikes for a day in the sun on the rooftop. Hopefully pick up the nights entertaining while catching some rays.

The pool at LK metro is tiny: unless there are two LK hotels.

It is also at the front of the hotel which is why it is my second choice LK hotel, the pool at the Renaissance is far better but is over looked by building work at the moment.
