Got this place booked for over christmas, anyone stayed here before ? Whats it like?

this is my first...posting

 

but....

I am staying at goldenville for a week from 27th dec

have stayed there before. good average accom great location good staff...

I got my booking via Agoda approx. 1000 baht per night...

just off 2nd road.. im have stayed at royal twins rite next door they now charge around

60-70 aud per night... so the money I save on accom I spend on entertainment etc...

Stayed there 2 yrs ago, very poor at that time. It is now under new management / ownership and seems to have been updated. I / we stay in Royal Twins every yr., it is hard to beat location, comfort, room size, friendly staff. We as a group joined R/Twin club and get a reduced rate. Worth checking out. Can say no more really, but quality is worth a little more, remember you are on holidays.

Sounds good enough for me lads nice one, usually stay the sunshine but this christmas the prices have gone stupid.
