Hi Guys, Only got 2 pages left in passport,so enough for one more laos visa, and entry and exit stamps.  Im then going to go down to bangkok and apply for new British passport. I have a non immigrant o visa that expires on October 2nd, so the plan is to enter Laos on October 1st and get my last 90 days before applying for new visa in January. The question is ...when i get to immigration on the border can i just present them with my old and new passports without any problems , or do i have to go to my local immigration office and get my visa transferred to my new passport first ?. Hope this post makes some kind of sense!!.   Thank you in advance for any advice.

I did this last year, needed a new passport and the same time had to get my new non immigrant b visa. I had to transfer my existing visa over to the new passport. Takes about 30 minutes in immigration and shouldn't cost anything
