NACC clears Yingluck of malfeasance charge in Thaksin's passport case

The National Anti-Corruption Commission found that former prime minister Yingluck Shinawatra had not committed malfeasance in the re-issuance of passports to her brother, former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra, NACC chairman Panthep Klanarongran said Wednesday.
