Sorry all for been a saddo but does anyone know what that deep red flavouring is that they put on the meat on the sticks on the bbq carts is called,also can you buy it to bring home.cheers

It varies, maybe someone has the recipe for the red stuff ?  Many use a mix of soysauce, ginger and honey. And then some secret spice/ingredient
