I'm sure there are several in Pattaya, but if you take the baht bus to the very end of jomtien beach road there is a big restaurant right on the beach where they practically are giving excellent seafood away. Has a big plastic crab-statue outside.

Pattaya Seafood on Thepprasit Rd is very good and not expensive. Stay the fuck away from tourist areas!

You might try one of the numerous mookata places (non buffet) across the road from Hollywood Disco. The whole fish comes already cooked BTW. But if you have to pay for transportation to/from it will probably negate the savings from Marine Seafood. Still worth it in my opinion though. Cheap and very tasty.

I find the seafood in Asia very expensive, even compared to my western standards. The place across from sapphire is nice, and the end of jomtien beach has a few good places.

It's a nice afternoon to take the gal on a motorbike ride to the end of jomtien beach for lunch, beautiful view.

Go to Naklua market, shop for your seafood and give it to one of the barbecue guys to make it for you, you can choose where to picnic, in the park or near the beach.

 

I think that's the cheapest and most fun place to eat seafood in Pattaya

There is a place on third road next to Samran who do all you can eat seafood plus all you can drink beer within a one and a half hour period for 399 Thai baht. A massive seafood selection along with some pre-prepared dishes. They are open from 4 pm till 11pm and are called Amporn Seafood restaurant. I do not think they realised some foreigners capacity for beer when they set this up. You will find many Thais eating there, so you know its good value as we are all so cheap

right at the end of the beach, the road goes left away from the beach, there are a few there. Usually very busy with locals. Not many falang.
