Condo Apartment wanted

Can anyone help?

 

Last year I stayed in pattaya 5 months and stayed in 3 places, 2 in Patts and finally in Jomtien. Non have websites for me to get back in touch and no numbers! All private apartments except central place Soi 1

 

Im due to come back sometime next month or so. im looking for somewhere to stay thats comfortable either condo or apartment, somewhere with bit of living space Ie cooking and sitting and not just a room!!

 

Im looking for decent rather than fancy.

 

I will consider most suitable places within striking distance of Soi Baukow / WS, I will be hiring a bike anyway.

 

Last year i was in areas Soi 1, Soi Bong kot and Jomtien condo's all were ok for location.

 

I was paying various prices which ranged from 6-8000 per month plus elec/water which i think was 4-5bht elec and 25 water

 

Im looking to stay around 6 months cert nothing shorter, willing to pay bit more if place is good

 

Please dont anyone tell me i wont get anything decent around this price as i was there same time last year and only left at the end of March,

 

Did keep numbers of old places on thai sim card but got rid of it not thinking id be going back quite so quick but hey you only live once and situations change so hey cant wait.... LOS here i come

 

Anyone who fancies meeting up shout/pm me as i wil be coming alone again although got some ex pat m8's there also, im 43 ex army from Bham. Out everynight Gogo's, bars n late nights

 

Would be good to meet few similar minded BM and maybe come to a few meets.
