Coin Operated PS4 in Central Festival

This is a bit of a long shot but I wondered if anyone knows where I could buy some of the 10baht coin operated Playstations complete with seats and tv that are on 2 of the upper levels of Central (below the cinema).

They sell coin machines that you connect to any machine at the bottom floor shop in Tukcom from 3k. Basically you can build your own setup by buying the seat and ps4 on 4th floor and the coin machine at ground floor.
