Explosions just gave me a flashback and just wondering why the fireworks and does it happen often? I literally ducked then zoned out for 5 minutes lol... PTSD is a funny business.

Guess I can hole up for a week. If I am aware of it is fine but if I am caught off guard I go to a bad place in my mind.
