If you have £ cash the best rate you will find is at the Sasikron Bank (Think thats the name) its pink and can be found by turning right at the Dolphin roundabout to Naklua abiout 600 yards up on the right.

 

They give about .75 of a baht higher its the Thai National bank, its either Blue or pink sorry! But it will get you a good rate
