Wow this guy is worst than most of them, is it really needed to do all that!!!!

Man caught following a spate of assault on robberies on women.

On Wednesday Morning, in the grounds of Banglamung Police Station, Police Colonel Jamnong, Deputy Commander of Chonburi Provincial Police accompanied by Police Colonel Sarayut, Chief of Banglamung Police held a press conference to announce arrests in connection to 6 separate cases involving class 1 drugs, firearms and one man was arrested on the strength of an arrest warrant. He was named as Khun Tanapon aged 30 and was arrested and charged with assault and theft. He was known to use his car, a Toyota Corolla and he would intentionally crash with motor bikes driven by women. He would then approach the women, assault them and then steal from them before leaving the scene in his vehicle. He confessed to committing these assault and thefts on a number of occasions and some of his victims were present at the Press Conference. Yeah, a real low life. I noticed on the police photographs in the original report that here are two suspects, one nick named Poom, who had a hand grenade and one nick named A who had a .38 caliber pistol, although only one suspect is named in the English text. Also neither full name matches the named suspect. Oh well.

Often I read on the news websites about criminals being caught by the police. Never do they follow up the story by telling us how much the criminal was fined, how much jail time they were sentenced to, or if they are to be executed. Unfortunately it seems the policing and justice system in Thailand is so ineffective that crime is good business to enter into.
