I'm working in the middle east so when I'm on holiday in Thailand I'm always seeking out pork dishes. I have been having the pork cordon bleu at the PBG for the past few trips, which is pretty good but double the price of Sailor Bar. I will definitely try Sailor Bar next trip for 120B
