I it may be having 2 TVs that could be having some people thinking it is a 1 bedroom place. Never seen 2 TVs in a studio apartment and someone would need to be wearing headsets.

It works very well, used every day infact, there is sliding glass doors between the lounge/bed area and the kitchen so no noise trouble.
