Hi - not used them but used other agents- Travel trolley, Net flights and a few others all through sky scanner. Never had a problem -they confirmed the booking by email then sent another email with the e-ticket with in 24 hour.

 

Did you have a problem with Travel up or are you just thinking about using them?
