Looking for 1 month rental in Pattaya

Hi all,

 

Looking for a 1 month rental in Pattaya. 

 

Date : flexible, approx move in date 18th December 2014.

 

Location : all considered but around Pattaya klang - Pattaya Tai preferred, not as far back from the beach as Sukhumvit. (around the soi bongkod area perfect)

 

Townhouse preferred, decent apartment / condo considered.

 

Must have an active High speed LAN internet Line so I can plug in my router.

 

Must be fully furnished.

 

Size / Price : flexible again but must be a reasonable enough size and price. This is for myself. girlfriend and baby.

 

Please let me know if you have a place to rent meeting these requirements or know somewhere that might be appropriate.
