The second sub-committee of the Constitution Drafting Committee plans to propose the dissolution of the National Telecommunications Committee and the National Broadcasting Committee of the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission so that the NBTC will have more efficient management, a source from the sub-committee said.
