Hi, thinking of coming to Pattaya end of May begining of June, just wondering what the weather is like and how busy is it?

Can be very hot and humid at that time of year. Apart from a few weeks over Xmas/NY, and possibly Songkran, I don't think anytime in Patts is busy anymore. Good time for cheaper flights too.

My Pattaya budget is perfectly adequate as long as I don't spend any of it
