I don't know how det fits in, but it is basically a note to call back mother (as in telephone)

Chasing girls can be expensive

But it's more expensive if you catch one

It doesn't make sense, must be a dialect difference, I got "call to break her"  I will go try a few advanced translation App's just to learn...  You might need to understand (or share) the context for us to help you figure out...  Much of Thai is context sensitive...

เด็จ is an isan word according the dictionary on isangate and translation is « apart from, separated from »

May I suggest : « call me back when mother is away » ?
