1mo, Lift, Pool, Balcony, Wifi, Parking, Quiet, Ac, Cleaning, Big Bed...where?

I am staying at the Tycoon Place and I think this will be the last time I stay here as the place is a bit run down and the Indian groups are in the pool in their underwear and washing with soap. 

 

I am here for another 10 days and I would like to see a few hotel suggestions you knowledgeable board members could suggest to me. I am even considering Nirun as a possibility but I am not sure what the cost is for house keeping to come in and change the linens. I would prefer a place a bit closer but I am up for checking out several places before I go. I usually come in November for one month.

 

my requirements are: 

Nice pool with sun on the pool and some shade to sit under

balcony that is not sunk into the building

Somewhat quiet

AC

Elevator (lift)

safe motorbike parking

big Queen or king sized bed

wifi or ethernet internet connection

Daily cleaning, change linens twice a week

I prefer between pattaya tai and klang, between 2nd and sukhumvitt. But I am not firm on that.

around 20k including electric and water per month (under 20k is preferred)

It's small Danish owned place in Soi Buakhao near Pattaya Tai and marketplace. Unfortunately the balconies are not what you would like to have but otherwise it is ticking pretty much all of your boxes. In their webpage there is the contact info for the owner Alex. He is nice guy and if they have vacancies, you should easily get the room under 20kbht.

I am willing to sacrifice something I'd the price and location is good. As I said I was considering Nirun Condos and that doesn't hit everything. But if some things are better than I am flexible. That place has location perfection and that's a plus. I will check it out. Keep the suggestions coming please.

Jomtien probably too far out for you, but 16000 inc. water & electricity. Cleaning etc has to be paid for on top. I think its about 350 baht a time??

 

Plenty of other condos in VT1 but this owner good to deal with.
