I take 5 mg (1/4 tab) of generic Cialis as insurance against failure to launch, especially late at night. Mornings aren't usually a problem ...

 

Any more than 5 mg gives me a headache - and a comedy hard-on that is too obviously chemically enhanced. Might try some Kamagra if the side-effects are lower as other BM's report. 

 

Btw, If anyone's heading to Phnom Penh, prices are lower e.g. 4 x 20 mg generic Cialis = THB 250. Suggest going for the reliable generic rather than the almost certainly fake 'originals'.

Apcalis is still available at pharmacy next to Tim's on 2nd road. 400B for box of 4 pills and 1000B for 3 boxes. A pill keeps you going for 2 days. Great stuff.

Genuine 20mg Cialis was between 1900 and 2200 baht for 4 in the legitimate Pharmacies I asked - 2 in Jomtien and Boots in Royal. Boots will only sell if you have a prescription - UK Online prescription will do.

 

They cost about £10 each from the Online Pharmacies here in the UK (eg Lloyds) so about the same price.

What is the general consensus about the authenticity of the ERD pills sold by corner vendors versus local pharmacies? I've always wondered about this in BKK. They can't be all fake otherwise no one will buy and the market would be based only on total newbies. Also the same vendor typically sells in the exact same location for *years*.

 

The general advice is not to by, but I wonder if there is any real evidence that these vendors are selling fake pills. Or this advice is just parroted again and again, because it is easy to do.

I bought I bottle or 10 pills and it very good so I went back and got a box of 10 bottles on my last day ... The lot were fake but I didn't know till I got back

He new it was my last day .. my mistake to tell him

Thanks for the info. In the game theoretic sense, this is the best approach for the street vendors. Sometimes sell the real thing and then sometime sell the fakes. This keeps the customer guessing. It would be much easier if they were selling fakes most of the time. Then I would just ignore them. Now I'm going to be always be wondering...

No reason to take chances with street vendors.

If you want real cialis, go to any pharmacy in pattaya and ask for cialis. When they give you the cialis for usually 1000 baht 4 pils of 20mg, ask for the real cialis. You will see some small differences in colors on the box and the actual pill. Price should be around 2000baht

I think I also screwed him to had on price ... I should have not told him it was my last day and paid a fair price when I got the 10 .... and said ill be be back tomorrow for 10 more

Can vouch for this only a week ago & priced the same. Worked exactly as expected. They also have the genuine name brand for 2000B

I used apcalis for years, same same as cialis. I find sidegra much better. 25 ml is all I need.

Box of 4 for 100 baht (50) ml. Cut them in half. N side effects, face flush etc.

Cheapest option, cheaper than cambo.
