Get in early, place is usually pretty well fully booked much in advance.

I can reccomended it though.

You will need to give 6 months notice if you want to book anything there-very very busy

Well worth it if you get a D block room.  The C block rooms are not that great, in my opinion.

Diana Estate is perfect for mongering and monthly stay. Rooms start actually around 13.000 Baht per month, plus electricity cleaning etc. Perfect location at Soi Buakao - but quiet. 2 nice swimming pools - quiet. A lot of mongers. Sufficient parking. And - a good security!!
