hotel Dania has the 2 spacious and tidy rooms with the kitchenette. Take a look here: http://hoteldaniapattaya.com/english/index.php/rooms/4-suite-1 My mate stayed there last summer(2014), albeit not cooking, but was very satisfied about the room quality and the hotel in general.

 

1200bht/night and the nice location near the south end of Soi Buakhao. They have also the swimming pool and nice patio around it.
