About 2/3rds of what they say is the selling price for the land and the house depends on what your having built???

 

Hopefully your well clued up and land prices have no guide price in the sticks its all down to having the right contacts and having trust in your own judgement, my advice is to find any westerners in the area and go talk with them, they will give you a datum to work from if approached correctly...
