Does anyone know of a phone shop in Udon Thani that can unlock a Thai [AIS-locked] Nokia Lumia 720?

Yes, you can go to the TukCom, also can go to the Central Plaza and in there (I think up on 2nd floor) are mobile phone shops that should do it for you.
