BM's help needed!

Need some advice guys,

 

Am coming to Pattaya in October for 47 nights of debauchery, for years I have stayed at the Intown hotel on Soi Honey Inn mainly cause it's cheap and cheerful but this time I fancy something different. The problem is there is just too much choice! My budget and what I'm looking for is simple enough,

 

1. Looking to spend 50,000 baht max for the duration.

 

2. hotel to have no joiner fee.

 

3. Close to the action.

 

Thats it. I'm not asking for much, just need a few of you seasoned campaigners to tell me where you would stay that meets my three simple requirements.

P.S. I was looking at the Residence Garden but it seems to be a long way from the action, anyone stayed there recently?

intown is pretty good, u could try Honey Inn hotel its in the same street and is renovated 1 year ago so cant be bad and room rates are same as intown.

sorry, can't recommend any places based on your requirements, but

did look at Pattaya Bay link from Mavrick, and it looks great, I'll

probably go for a look next time around.

Your welcome mate, I've just complete a 3 weeks stay there and and I was pretty impress with the place, if you need to get to Walking ST just take the hotel tuk tuk to the corner of 2nd Road and its a 5-7 mins walk and the new shopping centre The Avenue is right across the road again a few mins walk and you're on 2nd Road, there is also a 24 Hours diner and supermarket in the Avenue, a movie cinema if you want to watch a movie with a girl, anymore questions please feel free to PM and enjoy your holiday.
