Foreigner beaten unconscious following drunken incident in Soi 8 Beer Bar.

On Saturday Night, Tourist Police were called to the front of Soi 8 on Pattaya Beach Road following reports that a foreign man had been attacked and was lying unconscious on the ground. A Sawang Boriboon Rescue Unit was called to the location to attend to the 37 year old foreign man, who, according to accounts from witnesses, was causing a major disturbance in a beer bar located in Soi 8. He was drunk and was using foul language towards staff in the bar. A physical altercation then took place and the man was thought to have attacked staff with empty bottles. A group of Thai men then proceeded to attack him as he attempted to leave the bar. Police are waiting for the man to recover and they will then listen to his side of the story before taking the case any further.

A healthy reminder that seething anger resides just below the surface of that smile, and that we be visitors ....

But, the jerkwad who was causing the disturbance has NO ONE BUT HIMSELF to blame.

:) Sounds like he's just another Farang nuisance who can't take his ale, probably deserved all he got, if it was his fault, deportation is required. :Bravo1:
