Guest house choice

Trying to decide between the China Garden rooms and the La Cerise both on Soi Lengkee.If any members have stayed at either feedback greatly appreciated.

I have stayed a few times at La Cerise. Really good rooms and mattresses. Staff are great and their restaurant meals are underrated. Only downside is they are guest friendly for one girl only. A second girl incurs a 500 baht fee.

The jaquzzi rooms at China Garden are great and they cook an amazing steak downstairs.

Do you know if china garden has a joiner fee for additional girls?

I'm keen to get a room with jacuzzi this trip

I very doubt you have any chance of getting a jacuzzi room for NYE this late in the year

But i may be wrong good luck anyway. Would not be surprised if China Garden is Full.

There are no joiner fee's at China Garden.

 

You would need to book early as it is very popular and the rooms in particular the jacuzzi ones are in high demand.

Stayed at both places,La Cerise much better altough more expensive.

Rooms much better aswell as staff atitude.

Take a superior balcony room,worth the extra baht.

I'm afraid jacuzzi & boutique rooms are fully booked for NYE, as stated we don't charge extra for over night guests, even 2-3 ! the jacuzzi does accommodate 3 people maybe 4 !

 

We did make some small upgrades this summer and have a new European manager on-site

stayed at china garden . last year good rooms .

 there were free goodies given in the room like paste brush coffee ,tea etc
