Anyone stay at Inn House soi 13?

I have not but always stay "directly" across at Sandy Spring.  

 

The Inn House looks reasonable cheaper priced compared to Sandy Spring.  Doesn't look too bad, but not too great either.  Unsure about inside.  

 

There is a pretty decent massage place attached.  I have had two massages there.  One with a HJ and another just a relaxing massage. 

 

I like staying on Soi 13 because there are some good food places conveniently near by, plus the baht bus going either direction (Beach Road or 2nd Road) is a very short walk (50 meters each direction).
