How to stop Friend Recomendations in Line

I just put Line back on my phone cos I know the TGs like to use it. But as soon as I installed it I remembered why I got rid of it... was bombarded with "friend recommendations", mostly in Chinese.

 

I get several of these a day, each one with an annoying notification. 

 

I can remove them individually (only 122 left to go!) , but can't find how to prevent them in the first place.

 

Any ideas?, google is no help.

It must be in your settings as i never get any randoms at all.

Yes it's gotta be in your settings.

 

Something like auto add friends needs to be switched off.

its under settings allow friends to add un tick
