What buildings, preferably with a pool, have studio or 1br units available for long-term rental for under 15k/mo.?

I have lived in Jomtien Beach Condos for 8 years.  They have MANY units for 10,000 baht a month long term.  Great complex.   Good security, two pools, two workout areas, clean, well maintained.  Another plus is that it is a bit more quiet than living in downtown Pattaya.  Close to Pattaya by song tau, but far enough away that you can enjoy the pool etc.
