Three Thais arrested in Japan for reckless driving

Three Thais were arrested in Japan's Chiba prefecture last week after driving into two Japanese students, killing one and seriously injuring another.

They are going to guests of the Japanese Emperor for quite a while no way to bribe their way out of trouble drink driving is really serious offense .  If they are Hisos in Thailand it won't matter as they are just  Gaijin in Japan.
