Not everyone's cup of tea at breakfast time, but probably the best croissants and chocolate breads in Pattaya are made at La Boulange, on 3rd Road on the right heading north, about 400m after Pattaya Klang. Some great cakes and fresh bread too. They also do 'American breakfasts' (ie fry-ups)... but IMHO the French should stick to what they do best:).... I paid 170 baht for a coffee, orange juice, one croissant and two chocolate breads. Easy to park on 3rd Road, bike or car.

 

Next door, don't know what the link between the two is, but there is a French speciality products place called Ma Provence. Shut today, but from what I could see through the window they sell French wines, confectionery, and toiletries. I'll check it out another time..
