Villa with 3 bedrooms wanted!

This august we are 3 guys going to pattaya for 10 days.. we are looking not to stay in a typical hotel for a change.. and was wondering if any BM's knew of a place that rents villas ST (10 days).

 

We 110% need the following..

 

1. 3 Bed rooms..

2. Pool..

3. Safe..

4. Maid service..

5. Max 10 minuts to WS..

 

Thats the must haves... everything els is negotiable...

 

And ofc as cheap as posible hehe...

 

So if you know of a place like this drop a post/link... thanks in advance for the help

 

EDIT : A condo with roof top pool could work aswell

Short Term lets are hard to find, for obvious reasons. This is especially true for houses as opposed to condos.

 

You would pr0obably be charged the earth, especially 10 mins for WS.

 

Is that 10 mins walk or by mocy?

 

Only the larger Property Companies will (usually) do 10 days and even then they are rare as rocking horse shit.

 

Try Fair properties but you are looking at 30,000 baht on ST let. For 3 of you that's not expensive but you would pay at least the same again in deposit which you would almost certainly never see again.

 

ST Lets on houses DO exist but they are rare and ridiculously expensive.
