Where do you get you cellular phone unlocked in Pattaya? What will it cost? What about sim cards and the cost to purchase minutes?

Tuk Com is on Pattaya Tai almost opposite soi Buakao. If you are staying in Bangkok before coming to Pattaya go to Mahboonkrong (MBK), it should be cheaper there.

Plenty of places, best one is Tuk Com IT Centre on Pattaya tai - (south pattaya rd) not 2nd rd.

I paid 200 baht in Tukcom to unlock my phone. You can get a sim card in any 7/11 and top up cards. They sell sim cards in Tukcom as well. Depending on the network the sim cards come in 50,100,200 baht etc.. DTac and 12 call seem to be the best.
