Can I have a problem?

I´m in Thailand on non immigrant visa, with work permit. I co-own a company here where I´m also employed, everything with approval of Thai bureaucracy.

The question is following - can I get into problems if I help my girlfriend in her store on weekends (she owns a shop in Jomtien)? I heard several bad stories about falang forced to pay tens of thousands baht when somebody reported him working without permission... I would not mind to help my GF, but we are both a bit scared of possible problem with tourist or immigration police. OFC it would not be paid job.

Ano, můžete začít spoustu problémů. My friend (bar owner) was seen as changing only  light bulbs and after inform (denounce) from someone neighbor he has to pay 10 K Baht If I remeber well. Be careful!
