An AVC's decision to shift its head office from Beijing to Bangkok got off the ground Tuesday when key persons of the Asia's volleyball-governing body including Honorary FIVB & AVC President Mr Wei Jizhong and AVC's current President Dr Saleh Bin Nasser are in town to inspect locations.
