I was wondering if anybody knows any information on being able to get a 3 year Visa if you have a company in Australia and have a company here ? I know this is a bit broad

Do you mean the APEC card? If so see the Department of Immigration's website for details.

 

BTW it is not a 3 year visa but the card is valid for 3 years and allows stays in Thailand for up to 90 days for business purposes.
