House For Sale or Rent,

Looks like your mate did a bad reno and has unwittingly devalued the place.

The cheap furniture also lets it down.

Good luck renting it but it's definitely over priced at 60k a month (12k average per room per month!)

Sorry, if he isn't interested enough to respond to a simple question on an open forum that HE advertised in, then he definitely isn't worth my time in person. Impossible to be anything more than a tire kicker if you can't get a response from the advertiser.

Why should I waste my time calling him, if he won't answer any basic questions? I didn't post an ad for house wanted, HE posted an ad for house available. The onus is on him.

Besides, I'm not gonna call him, he doesn't even sound like he has the authority to make any decisions on the property anyways. The owner should be smart enough to hire somebody that knows what he's doing.

i told you i would introduce you to the owner iam just trying to help a friend and you dont seam to care, have a nice day :GoldenSmile1:

job.

Not wrong at all. There are plenty of places you can get for less then that and they have a view. Furniture for the whole house together looks like it was bought in Lotus for less then bt 20,000. Richard, when they want to fix up the place, they need to call you to do the job.

so does your place, ohh and it is big too

  • 1 month later...

can you rent it just for 1 month

of course just pitch in with a few mates , lock the girls in when you leave, he he , each suite locks up with bars, could be a cool guest house as the balcony wraps around the outside of the house overlooking the pool.So you can come and go as you please and not worry about a think, or stay in and chill.price is neg. if i have rented it out for short periodsin the past and have one customer for one month high season, just helping a mate who had to go home cause his pound dropped, if your really interested money talks( i am sure he will bend a little if someone is serious)cheers
