Including a picture beneath my screen name

How do I go about including a picture beneath my screen name that will be visible in my posts. I looked at systems in my profile and it had a process for including a personal picture in my profile but that is not what I am looking for.

 

I will answer my own question and perhaps this will help others as I was able to find the procedure:

 

(1) Click on my controls

 

(2) Go to edit avatar settings

 

(3) upload picture
