Well sort of. Steve was busted in his bar last year ( case still at court ) now Phil...think the BIB would have better things to do with there time 

Would of been some of the guys busted at Steves could of been at Phils (Ned Kelly Bar ). Days of having a punt in Pattaya is now a memory
