hello im traveling with oman air

and was wondering what there airport is like duty free

can i get a drink is smoking allowed etc

The airport sucks... full of indians traveling home, no place to sit.... awful long lines at the toilets... very limited choice of F&B... duty free is alright!

Yeah, I had to spend a bit of time there once and it was not much fun.

the duty-free is ok, with the obvious cigarette brands and nice alcohol selection available at good prices.

 

they also have a wi-fi internet connection available outside one of the lounges, it's free and it makes the time go quicker.

Stopped off there last year, its quite a grotty airport and they had smoking rooms at the time, I didnt look in the duty free. We missed our connecting flight and they put us up for the night in the holiday inn which had a nightclub open till 7pm then everyone goes home wasted lol.
