Too Many Hotels? My trip to Thailand next week

I will arrive on Thursday at midnight, so I think I will start off with a stay at the Dynasty Inn in Bangkok for 2 nights, then take the free taxi to the Dynasty Inn in Pattaya for 3 nights, then go for Galaxy suites for 2 nights, then over to Queen Victoria for 3 nights, then finish it off at the Nova Platinum hotel for 5 nights to finish off my stay.

Too many hotels?

I want to get a feel for the different areas of Pattaya. I'm new to this, only my 2nd visit, and my 1st was too short to go around too much, stayed at the Sabai Lodge the first time.

personally i wouldnt move around that much mate. You can get a feel for different areas by visiting them day or night, but certainly no need to change hotels. The motorbike taxis are a fun and cheap way to see different areas without changing hotels. If you like your first hotel. stay there....

I would suggest too many hotels I have been three times and stayed at the same hotel each visit. I just go around and visit the various areas - as the yorkie man says motorbike taxis are a good and cheap way to get around

Whatever you do have fun and enjoy

changing hotels can be a piss-take. packing, then unpacking, then trying to work out the check-in and check-out times.

visit all the hotels and get them to show you around, and choose which one you like best, and stay there

on my last 15 day i moved 3 times.....

great for looking around the area that you moved to..

but what really sucks was having to remember what date you have to leave the hotel to get to the next.. ( plus you think you cant get to drunk or else you'll sleep in to late to get to the new hotel).. :P ...

its kool to move around .. but i aint kool to move to much.. it just waste time.. IMO..

its BETTER to be PISSED OFF then PISSED ON!!!..

You can get a feel for different areas without actually staying in the hotels there. I mean really, the hotels you mention in Patts are all within a few miles of each other so it's not like you're staying in five different cities. I'd probably pick two of them, about a week in each.
