Depends who and how you are buying from.

 

There are a ton of new projects going up with all the pre sale babble that will most likely never get completed or end up like the View Talay 6 that will sit half empty for the next few years and prove dead money for the chumps who paid over 2 million baht per unit.

 

Otherwise the market is dead as a doornail at the moment most likely due to political uncertainly & the bahts instability.

 

Buyers market IMO for those with the cash and patience.
