Pattaya Holiday Rentals?

My name is James. 4 of us (Male between the ages of 23 - 27are headed into Pattaya on the 12th of July until the 24th. We are looking to get a 4br villa from Pattaya Holiday Rentals. (http://www.pattayaholidayrentals.com/pid182_english.html). We were wondering if this is reputable and a good place to be?

 

 

Money isn't a huge issue, we'd like to have a nice pad while we're there.

 

Do you have any suggestions?

I cant help there, it seems ok money divided across four of you, why not just rent a nice hotel room in the centre of pattaya as I suspect you will be rarely in your room for the 12 days your here, you'll only get problems with ladies with such nice houses i.e they will want more money or wont leave you alone
