Wang Noi (Between BKK and Saraburi)

In the quest to get as much info as possible about different places I thought some of you may be interested in learning about this place.I lived here for about 3 1/2 years its got no farangs and is a typical small thai town. There are two hotels

 

1. the original place is near where they have the market,but its a bit of a flea pit and not that cheap(however it does have a reasonable roof-top bar open to the public).

 

2.New place just opened near where the bus to BKK stops(near Bo chon retaurant) .

 

night life is virtually non existant and you really will need to be with a T.G. to survive ok here.

 

Getting there is easy as it is actually on highway one on the way to Saraburi.there are tuk-tuks in the town and you can get a local bus to Ayuthaya in the town centre near where they have the market.

 

Not much to see but I been worse places.........(I had a couple of bars here!!!)
