hi , was in patts last year and returning soon , really liked the dongtarn beach , has anyone stayed at this place ?? is it girl friendly, has it in room safe, air/con ,is it clean ??? any info appreciated

I know this place. I haven't stayed there, but I have seen the rooms last year trying to find a place for a friend. They are pretty bad actually, very very worn and tired. The a/c was so old, like I have never seen one like that. But the location right on the beach in Dongtan is ideal. I think the prices were 650B-1100B. I can't imagine they would have a joiner fee, since they really can't afford to turn anyone off who would want to stay there. This is not an upscale place.
