Electric and water are included. One time cleaning fee at checkout. Usually any cleaning of the condo during your rental period is "up to you." The condo complex offers cleaning service upon call at 150bt per occurance.

I orignally had it in thai baht, but than I changed it to US dollar as I was planning on just targeting customers from my own country in the USA....

It 5-10 minutes by baht bus or motobike... have never walk from the condo to Walking Steet.

Your condo looks to be a nice place with a fair price. I will keep it in mind the next time I will be in town.

Thanks for the feedback thus far. Pattaya addicts is actual my first attempt at marketing it (except through friends), does anyone else out there have a thailand condo that could suggest a good place to advertise it?
