Last November I bought a condo in Jomtien on an impulse. I have been keeping it empty but have been considering renting it out. I just put together a website for it if anyone might be interested- www.thailandcondorental.com Any of your feedback is welcome tooQ

electricty and water extra?

$20 for cleaning that per day, week,month?

Electric and water are included. One time cleaning fee at checkout. Usually any cleaning of the condo during your rental period is "up to you." The condo complex offers cleaning service upon call at 150bt per occurance.

Recommend you consider putting prices in Thai Baht.

I orignally had it in thai baht, but than I changed it to US dollar as I was planning on just targeting customers from my own country in the USA....

How long a walk is it to walking street?

 

It 5-10 minutes by baht bus or motobike... have never walk from the condo to Walking Steet.

Thanks for the feedback thus far. Pattaya addicts is actual my first attempt at marketing it (except through friends), does anyone else out there have a thailand condo that could suggest a good place to advertise it?
