Looking for a new phone or tablet

Busted 2 phones, now looking for a thing to do photos, phone, alarm, internet, book reading.... should I be looking at a big slab type thing... What would be the best option?

Go grab one of the ZTE made phones from DTAC they are almost giving them away you can get a dual processor 1 gig 5 inch unit for 6000 baht and they are almost bulletproof with dtac 15 month warranty.  The phone is a bit heavier than average but because it has a huge battery that lasts a long time (longer than short time or long time lol).  Weakness of the phone is the camera but I have cameras for photos.  I have had iphones, galaxies and this does the job just fine.
